Shipping policy

  • All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. An email will be sent with the tracking number once the item/items have been shipped.

We are NOT responsible for:

    • It is the buyers responsibility to make sure the address typed in is the correct shipping address. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to incorrect or non deliverable addresses. 

    • Delays in shipping. 

    • Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. To file a claim with the carrier, please get in touch with USPS or UPS.
