Refund policy
In-Store: Eligible items MUST be returned to the store within 15 days of the purchase date to exchange or return and receive store credit ONLY. {NO refunds will be issued back to payment method.}
1. All accessories/home, game day/teams, graphic tee's, DOORBUSTERS, and SALE items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
2. Any items discounted 30% off or above are FINAL SALE {no exchanges or returns will be offered.}
3. Seasonal and Holiday items may be exchanged for a different size ONLY, within 15 days of purchase. If the requested size is not available, the item will be considered final sale and cannot be exchanged for a different product.
Please be mindful that if it has been past 15 days {from the date of purchase}, your return will not be approved.
If we are closed during normal business hours, the return window will extend to the next business day only if your final return day falls on the day we were closed.
All items must be unworn and the tags MUST be attached {unworn, unwashed, & tags attached}
No makeup/deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette/smoke smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted.
SHIPPING RETURNS:
You MUST email us within 5 days of delivery & the item/s MUST be shipped out no later than 2 days after the return label is sent.
• The customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping costs.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be reported within 2 days after purchase or 3 days after delivery (if item was shipped.) Please email us at shoplolajaneboutique@gmail.com with pictures of damage.
Local pickup orders MUST be picked up within 3 weeks. After three weeks your order will be put back into inventory due to low storage space and you will NOT be refunded.
